3. Assessment Call
All care begins with an assessment call.
The purpose of this call is to understand your requirements and suggest a suitable care package.

4. Caregiver Assignment
We aim to match each client with a trained and verified caregiver.
Replacements may be arranged when needed, depending on availability.

Scheduling and supervision
Clients agree to:

Treat caregivers respectfully
Follow agreed timings and service limitations
5. Payments and Billing
Service fees must be paid as per the agreed package and billing cycle.
Invoices will reflect the selected plan and any add-ons mutually agreed upon.
Late or missed payments may lead to service interruption.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable Indian law.
6. Limitations of Service
BrightAge does not provide:
Emergency medical services
24/7 live-in care
Clinical procedures beyond the scope of basic nursing
Caregivers and nurses are not permitted to:
Administer injections unless specifically trained and authorised
Handle large cash amounts
Manage property or valuables
Provide personal financial or legal advice
7. Privacy and Data Handling
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
